 y progressing society. It can be a strange\, and terrifying experience bot
 h for those who suffer from it\, and those who witness it. But did you kno
 w that substance use disorder\, otherwise known as addiction\, has its roo
 ts in biological processes\, and socioeconomic factors that affect all of 
 us?\nJoin us as we explore the history\, biology\, and an approach to subs
 tance use disorders\, and contextualize it to a Biblical worldview!\n\n\nI

 pleted medical training at the University of Alberta and underwent core in
 ternal medicine training with the University of Saskatchewanat the Regina 
 site. Afterwards\, he completed his general internal medicine fellowship i
 n Saskatoon\, with extra training in the treatment of substance use disord
 ers in Vancouver and Edmonton. He currently works providing walk-in assess
 ment and treatment of patients with substance use disorders with the Rapid
  Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinic based out of St. Paul’s Hospita
 l in Saskatoon.\n
