Come for this comprehensive day to cover the processes and best practices of being a parish treasurer. This day is for all parish treasurers, those recently appointed/elected, and those who are discerning whether this ministry might be for them. Priests and wardens are welcome to come too and become more confident and knowledgeable about how parish finances can be managed.

  • This is a peer led day: 4 experienced treasurers from around the diocese will present sessions on the following topics:
    • big picture responsibilities,
    • data management
    • receipts,
    • payments,
    • funds to ministries,
    • planning and reporting,
    • software
    • who and where to ask for help.
  • Q.&A's, breakout groups, and sharing information will be strong components of the day.
  • Get to know your fellow treasurers and find a network of knowledge and support.
